Registration

Update (5/18/12) - Registration is closed with approximately 100 teams. Additional teams may be accepted on a case-by-case basis where necessary in the interests of balancing brackets without dropping teams that have not fully registered. Team registration on the website has been deactivated, so interested teams should contact us by email if interested - click here.

As a reminder, teams are not fully registered until payment is received and rosters have been completed. Player registration is web-enabled and remains active. Coaches may check on the status of player registration by using the Player Roster function on the registration page.

Also as a reminder, teams may pre-order T-Shirts at the discounted rate until May 31st. The T-Shirts feature the 2012 Shootout artwork.

REGISTRATION FEE

The Registration Fee includes three games for each team (plus playoff and championship games for teams that advance after pool play), officials' fees (certified officials) and awards for the Shootout champions/finalists (20 per team).

REGISTRATION DEADLINE – May 4, 2012

COACHES / PROGRAM DIRECTORS: The Player/Participant registration/waiver process is web enabled. Individual Player/Participant registrations/waivers will need to be completed no later than May 25, 2012. Coaches and/or Program Directors are responsible to ensure all parents and/or guardians of Participants complete and submit registrations and waivers by the deadline; they are encouraged to complete and submit them by the team registration deadline to help secure the team's spot in the event.

Tournament T-Shirts: T-shirt orders must be placed by the team's coach and cannot be placed on an individual basis.
